How can I upload documents for my clinician to see?

Documents can be uploaded directly to your account by following the steps below:

1. Log into your Clarity Pediatrics account
2. Select ‘Healthie’ from the menu
3. Log into Healthie (if you are unsure of your log in details, select ‘forgot password’ and reset your password
4. Connect to your child’s Heathie account using the ‘Switch’ feature at the top of the page
5. Select ‘Documents’ from the menu
6. Click Upload Document

As a reminder all diagnosis documentation and assessment forms must be completed and uploaded at least 48 hours before your appointment.
