Insurance: If you have active health insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance company after each appointment. Your insurance company will then process the claims and provide you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) detailing the amount covered and any remaining balance. It can take up to 60 days or more for your insurance to process the claims. After the claim is processed, you will be billed for any patient responsibility, such as co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by your insurance.
Self-Pay: The credit card on file will be charged following each appointment/session. After the credit card is charged, families will receive an email receipt.
