We reserve your appointment time specifically for your family. We understand that plans can change, but a late cancellation or no-show means that we were unable to serve another family with that time. For this reason, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations and reschedule requests.
There won’t be a fee for your first late cancellation or no-show. After that, a $50 fee will be charged to the payment method on file for individual appointments. Missed group appointments will incur a $35 fee.
