To cancel an appointment please complete the following steps:
- Log into your Clarity Pediatrics account
- Select ‘Appointments’ from the menu
- Click ‘Reschedule’ next to the appointment you would like to change
Please ensure that you cancel your appointment with as much advanced notice as possible so that our clinicians might be able to help another family during that time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. Please see Billing and Insurance for more details on late cancellation fees.
