What if I don’t have all the required documentation?

A valid payment method (or Medicaid details) is required in order to complete our onboarding. However, if you are missing something else don’t worry, we are here to help!

Missing ADHD diagnosis documentation:

• If you have an existing ADHD diagnosis and are able to get documentation of it at a later time, you can proceed through the onboarding by uploading a blank document when prompted. Please make sure to upload valid documentation at a later date, without this your child’s appointment may be moved or rescheduled by our Clinical team. 
• If you have no documentation of your child’s ADHD diagnosis, please go back to the onboarding and when asked if your child has been diagnosed with ADHD, please select “No”. This will begin the process of a new ADHD Screening for your child.

Missing ASD diagnosis documentation:

• If you have an existing ASD diagnosis and are able to get documentation of it at a later time, you can proceed through the onboarding by uploading a blank document when prompted. Please make sure to upload valid documentation at a later date.
